The brief
Club data lived in POS exports, daily sales sheets and trackers, refreshed by hand. The team needed one place to see revenue, occupancy, coaching, league, customers and F&B for every partner club.
What I did
- Rebuilt it as a live web dashboard that syncs itself: Google Drive to database on a schedule with GitHub Actions and Cloudflare cron.
- Built revenue, occupancy, coaching, league, customers and F&B views with period comparison.
- Set up Owner and Internal accounts so venue owners never receive internal financials, plus an isolated demo club with synthetic data for pitching new venues.
Outcome
One dashboard for every club that keeps itself up to date. Screens shown use the demo club's synthetic data; live club figures are confidential.
